Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Manage mentor and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • As a Sales Manager your role will be pivotal in fostering close collaboration with the marketing product development and customer support teams. This collaborative effort is not just crucial but also a testament to your value in ensuring sales efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and oversee contract management processes
  • Oversee the preparation and management of contracts ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a management role leading a sales department or team.
  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager particularly in the introduction of a new product into the market.
  • Candidates with successful B2B B2C and B2G sales experience in the health industry are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
