Job Description
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Triage route and repair incoming service incidents (phone email and portal).
- Adhere to company standards for service delivery.
- Deliver superior customer service to end users in a remote call center environment.
- Report to the Service Desk Manager.
- Perform each essential function satisfactorily to accomplish the job successfully.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of handson experience with installing and managing applications on Windows 7 and 10 systems in an automated fashion.
- Experience working in a medium to large Active Directory environment with Windows Server 2008R2 2012 and/or 2016.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell batch files VBScript Perl or similar scripting languages.
- Administering and managing SCCM for system configuration and software deployments1.
- Actively scripting and packaging in the current role with experience scripting the installation of more than one hundred (100) applications.
- Ability to design manage troubleshoot and diagnose software problems related to Windows 10 workstations including the operating system and complex thirdparty applications.
- Strong technical support skills and excellent customer service skills.
