Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a fresh food pub or restaurant.
Background in rosettelevel kitchens with a focus on quality and consistency.
Ability to manage a section of the kitchen efficiently.
Strong understanding of food preparation hygiene and safety standards.
Passion for creating highquality dishes under pressure.
