Job Description
We are recruiting a Head Chef for a wellestablished fresh food pub in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have rosettelevel experience and a proven track record of stability in previous roles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar fresh food pub or restaurant.
- Background in rosettelevel kitchens with a strong focus on quality.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train manage and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of GP control stock management and kitchen operations.
- Ability to deliver highquality dishes under pressure while maintaining consistency.
