Job Description
Develop local product Strategy and Implementation
1. Product strategy with market and technology analysis
2. Develop and implement Local Product Strategy including
- Local product positioning and define product USP/
- Prepare new local product platform specification /
- New Product launching in pilot OEM in target application /
3. Seamless cooperation between international and local engineering on product development
4. Regular Product Management daily work e.g. document marketing seminar pricing management etc
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree and above in mechanics hydraulic mechatronics or other related major.
- Familiar w/ hydraulic technology development as plus
- More than 8 years experience in the related industry. Product management experience is a plus

- Team working spirit and effective communication. Fluent English skill. German as a plus
.
