Join our Franchise Operations Team for this rare and exciting opportunity to work had in hand with our diverse range of Economy Midscale and Premium Franchised Hotels. As VP Franchise Operations you will lead and drive the strategy of Franchising and ensure the successful performance of your entire network.
Additionally you will also own lead and support with the following:
- Growing the Franchise fee income by setting both preventative and corrective actions in line with country objectives and brand policies.
- Ensure all Franchise receivables are fully managed to include analysis control follow up and adherence to the terms of HFAs.
- Maintain visibility amongst owners by actively travelling to all hotels within your network. All visits to be followed up and recorded via WE Max platform.
- To role model the Accor spirit of building and elevating professional relationships across your internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Supporting Franchisees in developing business strategies and investment to nuture the growth of their hotels.
- Promote brand quality and Accor in terms of product as a service provider to the Franchise network. This is also inclusive of all Food Beverage concepts.
- Remain commercially astute to the evolving needs of the Franchise market and react accordingly.
Qualifications :
- Extensive Hotel or Operational experience
- Ability to analyse anticipate & adapt
- Ability to persuade and influence Franchisees to maintain brand standards and appropriate Accor Policies.
- Proactive and decisive.
- Strong and proven financial acumen.
- Ability to develop clear strategic plans and business objectives which balance medium and shortterm business needs.
- Experienced in management of a sizeable number of branded hotels (midmarket brands preferable) with strong organisational skills.
- Natural coach/mentor who enjoys developing people and delivering results through others.
- Effective leader with ability to inspire and communicate at the highest levels.
