As a Digital Designer at Rituals you combine cuttingedge digital craftsmanship with a passion for premium aesthetics. You excel in creating innovative concepts and delivering designs across a wide range of digital touchpoints. Whether its AIdriven content video edits digital design or art direction your work reflects bestinclass design approaches and elevates the way we showcase our products. This matches you as a versatile and detailoriented Digital Designer. For 40/36 hours per week you:
- Create designs with the big picture in mind blending storytelling AIdriven content and photography to craft nextlevel digital experiences.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including UX UI motion designers and 3D artists ensuring a wellrounded and coherent visual direction.
- Lead digital art direction across digital projects creating digital content for websites apps emails and partner platforms ensuring they align with Rituals brand identity and overarching campaigns.
- Innovate with assets and introduce new creative tools including 3D modeling animation and AIenhanced visuals for a richer and more immersive user journey.
- Work on a variety of digital creative assets from emails digital paid website visuals to social media content ensuring everything is crafted with high quality and brand consistency in mind.

In collaboration with the wider UX & Design Team you will work on concepts and turn them into highimpact layouts and design mockups. As a designer at Rituals youll be part of a dynamic group of creatives including UI designers digital designers motion designers 3D animators UX Designers and a Design Systems Specialist. Your work will have a direct impact on our digital touchpoints and help shape the next level of our
customer experience. You will collaborate with a motivated UX team including experts in service design and
design operations. At Rituals designers own their ideas and are accountable for the success of their projects. We are a tightknit team with a shared goal of continuous improvement pushing creative boundaries and setting new standards for digital experiences.
Qualifications :
High on energy low on ego and a deep love for cuttingedge design and technology. You have a sharp eye for detail are easy to collaborate with and are selfmotivated. Our team thrives on openness honesty and a shared ambition to evolve our continuously creative benchmarks.
Additionally you have:
- At least 58 years of experience as a Digital Designer preferably in a fastpaced highoutput environment.
- Expertise in AIdriven content creation with a solid understanding of how to integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve efficiency and output quality.
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience in video editing motion graphics and 3D animation demonstrating your ability to create captivating multidimensional designs.
- Proficiency in digital art direction with a solid understanding of brand aesthetics and how to guide content that elevates a projects creative impact.
- A passion for Rituals products and a natural ability to blend creativity with the brands premium identity.

Its good to know that were in the office 80% of the time and working from home 20%. In a fulltime contract that means four days in the office and one day remote.
