Job Description
Job Title: RN Charge Operating Room (OR)
Location: Glendale Wisconsin
Type: FullTime Direct Hire
Schedule: MondayFriday 40 hours/week (Operating Room hours: 6:30 AM 6:00 PM)
Salary Range: $95000 $110000 per year
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Charge Operating Room RN to oversee the daily operations of a highvolume surgical suite with 10 ORs and 575625 scheduled surgeries per month. This leadership role ensures a safe efficient and compliant environment for surgical procedures while coordinating with other departments and supervising staff. Enjoy a structured weekday schedule with no weekends nights holidays or oncall shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the surgical team in daily OR operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline patient care.
- Oversee resources staffing and equipment for optimal efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Active RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification (within 1 month of hire).
- ACLS certification (within 12 months of hire).
- CNOR certification and a Masters degree in a healthrelated field.
- Minimum of 2 years in an operating room setting.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Advanced competency and training in orthopedic and spine procedures.
