Technology Transactions (Life Sciences) Associate.You willengage with cuttingedge life sciences technologies collaborate with visionary founders and negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions that significantly impact both the technologies and the participants.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
3 6years of relevant experience in licensing collaboration and commercial partnering transactions particularly in the life sciences sector.
Experience supporting clients at the intersection of law technology and life sciences.
Demonstrated experience representing biotech companies and large pharmaceutical firms in patent licensing and collaboration agreements.
Strong understanding of the regulatory process including FDA approval pathways for therapeutics vaccines diagnostics and digital health technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.
Active WA BARmembership or eligibility to waive in.
Detailoriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: $250000 $380000
