Job Description
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and sprint reviews ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and Scrum methodology to drive continuous improvement and value delivery.
- Identify and remove obstacles impeding the teams progress ensuring smooth workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to maintain a welldefined prioritized backlog aligned with stakeholder and business goals.
- Foster team collaboration resolve conflicts and enhance communication.
- Ensure compliance with Agile and Scrum processes driving quality and performance improvements.
- Monitor team performance addressing issues affecting velocity and delivery quality.
- Promote accountability and selforganization within the team while aligning with project goals.
- Provide regular progress updates managing burndown charts and other relevant Agile metrics.
- Ensure all sprint deliverables meet quality timeline and servicelevel expectations.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Agile/Scrum methodology working with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.
- Healthcare insurance industry experience is required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g. Jira Trello) and Scrum practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions resolve conflicts and drive continuous improvement.
