Director Non Card Product Management

Role Overview: The Director NonCard Product Management will be responsible for defining and executing Visas roadmap for noncardbased payment capabilities working crossfunctionally with engineering design sales product marketing and regional GTM teams. This candidate will drive initiatives that expand Visas network penetration across RealTime Payments (RTP) wallets and AccounttoAccount (A2A) transactions ensuring Visa remains a trusted and dominant player in digital payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the endtoend product strategy and roadmap for noncard digital payments ensuring alignment with Visas global objectives.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering risk compliance and operations to develop and launch scalable solutions.

• Work closely with regional GoToMarket (GTM) leaders to tailor product offerings to different markets ensuring global adoption and competitiveness.

• Define and implement commercial models that drive adoption of Visas noncard payment solutions.

• Develop key metrics and track the performance of noncard digital payment solutions ensuring continuous improvement.

• Engage with external partners including banks fintechs and merchants to integrate and scale Visas noncard payment solutions.

• Advocate for Visas role in emerging payment ecosystems influencing industry standards and regulatory discussions.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8
years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/
MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 810 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 6 years
of work experience with a PhD
7 years of experience in product management GTM or technology with a
focus on digital payments and emerging financial ecosystems.
Strong understanding of realtime payments (RTP) wallets accountbased
payments and alternative payment methods.
Experience working in a global highly matrixed organizations and managing
crossfunctional teams.
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive adoption
and revenue growth.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability
to influence across levels.
Bachelors degree required. Masters in business or science preferred.

Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 178400.00 to 258750.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
