The candidate will assist with organizational change initiatives at Visa such as business process and technology modifications concentrating on the people side of change. The primary responsibility is to aid the change manager in developing and implementing plans to increase employee adoption of new tools and processes and reduce resistance to changes.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
Prosci or other change management certification or designation is desired
Basic understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially PowerPoint Word and SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fastpaced environment.
