We are growing our business in Finland and are looking for Sales Associates. Our sales team is responsible for merchant partner acquisition and expanding our platform to new potential operational areas in Finland.
Daytoday you will own and manage all stages of your sales funnel from establishing first contact to negotiating commercial terms and closing. You will be contacting and negotiating with smallmedium businesses over the phone email and facetoface all over the country. Additionally youll be helping our Sales Managers with ad hoc tasks. Your manager will provide training and coaching and we expect that highperforming Sales Associates will follow a career path to become Sales Managers or Account Managers over time. Previous experience in sales is preferred but your motivation and interest in learning sales is most important!
What youll be doing
Prospecting and handling both inbound and outbound SMB sales (both restaurant and retail)
Negotiating commercial terms with merchant owners creating and sending contracts and helping the merchant partner comply with specific document requirements at signing.
Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships.
Assisting the team with other adhoc tasks
Qualifications :
This is an entry level sales position however some demonstrable experience from a sales or customer service focused role is preferred
You are a quick learner who is not afraid to spread their wings and fly
Excellent communication skills you will be working with a lot of different people
You have a cando attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fastpaced environment
Fluent in Finnish and English other languages are seen as a plus
Flexibility as this role will require some domestic traveling
