Job Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach Management:
- Conduct outreach calls to B2B prospects from provided and event exhibitors lists to confirm their availability for the event and meet with RChilli team.
- Email and Linkedin Outreach to the list provided for meetings during the event.
- Manage social media presence and engage relevant people from target persona.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to highlight event details and secure interest.
- Meeting Scheduling:
- Identify and qualify prospects for meetings during the event.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with decisionmakers and key stakeholders.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate records of calls responses and scheduled meetings in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Update the list with insights gathered during outreach calls.
- FollowUp:
- Send followup emails or messages to confirm meeting times and share relevant event information.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on outreach progress confirmed attendees and meeting schedules.
- Highlight challenges and opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies.
Qualification Required Any Graduate
Minimum skills we look for
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Flexibility:
- Ability to adjust working hours to align with USA Middle East or European time zones based on the event location.
- Willingness to work parttime or fulltime depending on event requirements.
