Job Description
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am4:59am)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Take calls from drivers Farmers (rice hull mill) and Sierra Pacific (wood shaving mill). Redirect drivers with any changes that are made from mills.
- Coordinate with truck shop any truck maintenance repairs and calls that you receive from drivers during your shift.
- Carry out any instruction given by your supervisor.
- Operate a variety of truck/trailers/loaders to accomplish assigned loads including picking up and delivering rice hulls shavings and other agricultural byproducts
- Pretrip and posttrip assigned rigs in accordance with established procedures.
- Submit accurate and legible driver logs and tags pertaining as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Must have a Class A drivers license with doubles endorsements.
- Must have experience operating end dump trailers.
- Must be able to work overtime weekends and/or holidays if necessary
- Must be able to adjust starting/stopping times if and when schedules change.
