About the Role
Were looking for a motivated and customercentric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role youll be a key point of contact for our valued customers which are some of the best renowned and iconic sports teams in the world ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our products and services. Youll be responsible for managing accounts processing orders resolving inquiries and building strong relationships with our clients.
What Youll Do
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts ensuring timely and accurate order processing followup and fulfillment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers responding to inquiries resolving complaints and providing product/service information.
- Order Management: Process orders efficiently track shipments and proactively communicate any supply chain issues or delays.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals provide price quotes and offer product recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including logistics operations and sales to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
Qualifications :
- Customer service experience preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience liaising with highprofile brands.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in football and/or design.
- Proficiency in Spanish required (written and spoken)
