About the Role
Are you passionate about understanding human behaviour and eager to share that knowledge with students We are seeking a Psychology Teacher to join our school in Worcester delivering engaging and thoughtprovoking lessons to KS4 and KS5 students. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds develop critical thinking skills and help students explore the complexities of psychology in realworld contexts.
What Youll Be Doing
Teaching engaging and interactive Psychology lessons to GCSE and ALevel students.
Encouraging students to explore psychological theories case studies and research methods.
Preparing students for exams and coursework ensuring they achieve their full academic potential.
Developing students analytical evaluative and critical thinking skills.
Supporting students with aspirations in psychology mental health and related fields.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies.
Leading or contributing to extracurricular activities such as psychology clubs or research projects.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in KS4 and KS5.
A passion for psychology and the ability to make complex concepts engaging.
Strong communication skills and an ability to inspire curiosity and independent thinking.
A commitment to student success and academic excellence.
Experience with extracurricular psychology initiatives is a plus.
