Job Description

About the Role:
A highperforming school in Solihull is seeking a Psychology Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5 helping students develop a deep understanding of human behaviour. The role offers an excellent teaching environment with the chance to make a real impact on students learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Psychology lessons at KS4 and KS5 preparing students for GCSE and ALevel exams.
  • Support students in their personal and academic development.
  • Contribute to the development of the Psychology curriculum.
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to aid improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5.
  • A passion for the subject and a desire to inspire students.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
