Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will oversee financial operations and strategy ensuring stability and growth across our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Location: Ireland or Portugal (remote)
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A motivated and ambitious accountant eager to contribute to a rapidly growing online business.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles financial reporting compliance and tax regulations in Ireland Portugal and Spain.
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
- Proven ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Comfortable working closely with the Company Founder to drive financial and business improvements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across different locations.
- Willingness to travel as needed to collaborate with teams in Spain Portugal and Ireland.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic team environment.
