Cyber Security must be anchored in Business strategy and objectives. Requires curiosity and ability to grasp what drives the business to be able to express CyberSecurity requirements in a format that is relevant to business stakeholders.
It is key to understand the Manufacturing environment and how that differs from traditional office IT solutions.It is crucial to be able to connect with key stakeholders such as industrial and automation engineers machine builders and others building and supporting the Operational Technology Industrial Control Systems etc.
As a Cyber Security Architect Manufacturing & Product you will:
- Establish and improve security architecture concepts and
design. - Support projects with Cyber Security Architecture
perspectives requirements solutions. - Reviews of current and future solutions from a Cyber
Security perspective. - Primarily support within Manufacturing and Product
related projects and solutions. - Contribute to an adequate Cyber Security posture bypublishing steering documents and offer guidance tothose documents in business projects.

- Communicative in (at least) English ascollaboration with key stakeholders at alllevels of the organization is key.
Personal Characteristics EnablingSuccess
- Ability to dive into the details withoutlosing track of the goal on the horizonassuring efforts are staying on course.
- Ability to take the audience into accountcommunicating in their terms translatingcomplex cyber security topics intosomething relatable tangible to them.
Education
- Bachelors in cyber security ComputerScience or something similar engineeringrelated.
- Advanced certifications like CISSP CISM is a differentiator.
Previous Experience
- Background in Cyber Security ismandatory.
- Experience from working with OperationalTechnology (OT) or directly working withthose who do is necessary.
- Experience with standards such as ISO21434 IEC62443 NIST CSF and similar is an advantage.
- Informal leadership positions are highlyrelevant such as an architecture role.
- Previous experience from productengineering projects and/or working inglobal companies are considered anadvantage.

- Must be able to travel globally for workshops and Gemba walk.
