We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Hands on experience with Agile Metrics Agile PLM Agile Methodologies Scrum Backlog Grooming Agile Estimation Agile Requirements Management JIRA Common Agile ALM Tools Agile Engineering Practices Program Change Management Expert in leading all the Sprint ceremonies Defining Scrum priorities and scope.
Good to have handson on SAFe framework PI Planning Combination of Business and Technical knowledge
Requirements:
Experience in full lifecycle software
Experienced in Agile delivery
Know Agile processes well
Defining Scrum priorities and scope
Scrum planning
Backlog Grooming
Combination of Business and Technical knowledge
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and Effort estimation of work
Coordinate & work with various stakeholders from technology & business teams
Experience in BFSI
Experience with Confluence Jira
