Tasks

We need a seasoned IT professional who thrives on solving technical challenges with precision and creativity. This inoffice position requires someone who is detailoriented highly analytical and able to work independently while maintaining a strong team dynamic.

Requirements

  • Provide expertlevel technical support to clients in a fastpaced environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues efficiently
  • Document client interactions and technical solutions accurately
  • Develop and maintain indepth technical expertise to provide specialized support

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in IT support (Level 2 or 3) backed by handson job experience

  • Microsoft Windows server Installation & Configuration

  • Virtual environments HyperV & VMware

  • Active Directory DHCP DNS etc. troubleshooting skills

  • Office 365 / SharePoint / Azure

  • Familiar with different types of firewalls

  • Installation & Configuration Firewalls & Switches

  • Network Cabling

  • Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Experience with VOIP systems

  • Network Security HIPAA & PCI / CyberSecurity compliance a plus

  • Familiar with RMM suites; preferably ConnectWise Manage & NinjaOne

  • Strong analytical and technical skills with a problemsolving mindset

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to resolving issues the right way the first time

  • Ability to work in a structured professional and onsite team environment
