Tasks
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide accurate information about TAS Realty Groups services and offerings to potential and existing clients.
- Assist clients in navigating the company website and utilizing online resources effectively for their real estate needs.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in communication or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or live chat support preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively in written form.
- Proficient in using live chat software CRM systems and other relevant technology tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
