Prior experience with software license tracking expansions adoptions and migrations.
3 years of experience in financial analysis program management or a similar role.
Managing of stakeholder meetings for various technology topics.
In office 3 times a week (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) is required.
Job Brief:
Were seeking a detailoriented Enablement Program Manager to manage and track software renewals expansions adoptions and migrations for our Technology org leaders for visibility and transparency to drive financial decisions that are in line with our annual operating budget.
Responsibilities:
Empower stakeholders to make datadriven decisions and effectively manage their budgets
Maintain and optimize operational processes including weekly pacer reporting and software approval workflows
Create and present comprehensive software analysis decks for stakeholder review meetings highlighting key trends and recommendations
Monitor spending patterns across multiple departments analyze variances and develop action plans to address deviations from targets
Partner with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide targeted support and solutions
Requirements:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field
3 years of experience in financial analysis program management or a similar role
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven track record of successful stakeholder management and engagement
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
Must Haves:
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis program management or a similar role.
- Prior experience with software license tracking expansions adoptions and migrations required.
- Managing and scheduling stakeholder meetings for various technology topics.
- Onsite in Austin TX 3 times a week (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) is required.
