Job Description
Job Title: Certified Business Analyst
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification:
Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop process models workflows and business cases to support decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with IT product development and business teams to implement solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes.
- Ensure that projects align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with QA teams to validate that solutions meet requirements.
- Assist in change management training and user adoption strategies.
- Prepare and present reports dashboards and business insights to leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis process improvement or a similar role.
- Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent (CCBA PMIPBA etc.).
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Visio Lucidchart).
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis reporting tools and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in financial services healthcare or technology sectors.
- Experience with ERP CRM and workflow automation platforms.
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AIdriven analytics.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
