Tasks
Were seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a critical role where creativity initiative and adaptability will be highly valued. The selected candidate will work directly and closely with the Chief of Marketing and Operations contributing to the development and execution of Monetums marketing strategy while supporting the broader company objectives.
This longterm position offers the opportunity to grow rapidly alongside the company in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Executive your primary responsibilities will include:
Marketing Strategy:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing strategies for Monetum and its products working closely with the team to align with company goals.
Analyze market trends identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
Social Media and Communication:
Manage social media platforms plan and schedule communications and ensure consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with external advertising and creative agencies follow their campaigns and analyze performance metrics to improve ROI.
Support the evolution of Monetums products toward cryptocurrency integration.
Provide input on branding design and creative initiatives to ensure all deliverables meet our standards.
Product and Funnel Improvements:
Collaborate on website redesigns and enhancements ensuring cohesive branding and optimal user experience.
Optimize conversion funnels identifying friction points and proposing improvements.
Research and contribute to the integration of innovative solutions (e.g. AI tools) to enhance our products and customer journeys.
CryptoCentric Initiatives:
Conduct UX/UI analyses and create proposals to improve product usability for new features
Prepare and manage user story briefings coordinate with development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or strategy role preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment. (Entrepreneurial experience is valued)
- Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Personal or professional knowledge of the cryptocurrencies world with familiarity in trading is a plus.
- Solid design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva Figma or InDesign (or similar).
- Good command of English needed (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of ebanking and financial services is a plus.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong personal discipline and attention to detail to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Adaptable resultsoriented and eager to learn in a fastchanging environment.
- Open to feedback and thrives in a collaborative teamoriented atmosphere.
