As a Working Student Product Management (m/f/d) at SIXT you will be part of the PostBooking team which focuses on optimizing the customer experience from the moment a booking is made until the car is picked up. This department plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient journey for our customers covering key touchpoints such as Documentation Online Checkin Digital Checkout Transactional Communication Loyalty Program and Account Management. 

During your internship you will gain handson experience working on digitalfirst solutions that enhance convenience and reduce friction in the rental process. You will collaborate with experienced product managers engineers designers and data analysts while developing your product management skills in the world of mobility environment.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You assist in defining product requirements you write user stories and create wireframes to support product development

• You conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvements

• You analyze user behavior product metrics and feedback to drive datadriven decisionmaking

• You collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and marketing to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives

• You support A/B testing usability studies and other experimentation processes to optimize product performance

• You contribute to roadmap planning product strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Computer Science Engineering Economics or a related field

• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and make databacked recommendations

• You have an excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and problemsolving mindset 

• You have a passion for technology digital products and an eagerness to learn about product management

• You have basic understanding of Agile methodologies UX principles and product development lifecycle

• Ideally you already have done a previous internship experience in product management tech or a related field
