Job Description
A wellestablished construction and real estate company in Quezon City is looking for a highly skilled Office Engineer to support land development projects. This role requires expertise in quantity surveying project planning and engineering software to ensure efficient project execution and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity surveying for land development projects ensuring accurate cost estimates and material takeoffs.
- Utilize PlanSwift for digital estimating and project analysis.
- Use Civil 3D for site development grading and infrastructure design.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure timely and costeffective project completion.
- Assist in project documentation reports and technical evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PlanSwift and Civil 3D is required.
- Strong experience in quantity surveying for land development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced construction environment.
