Job Description

Union: NonUnion
Site: Princess Margaret Cancer Centre
Department: Cancer Digital Intelligence
Reports to: Director Design and Innovation
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Hours: 37.5 Hours Weekly; Regular business hours with reasonable flex time
Salary: $79190 $95000 (To commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy)
Shifts: Day Shifts
Status: FullTime Contract (13 Month Mat Leave Coverage)
Closing Date: March 10 2025


Qualifications :

  • Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics Technology Science Business Engineering Human Factors Design or related field required
  • Epic certification required (MyChart preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of Epic Analyst experience in MyChart Ambulatory Beacon or Cadence required
  • Strong collaboration skills required
  • Interest in creative problem solving required
  • Interest in usercentered innovation required
  • Sound knowledge of project management best practices (project planning implementation evaluation risk assessment) preferred
  • Experience leading project workstreams or small projects independently preferred
  • Experience leading and performing application testing (e.g. unit regression acceptance testing) preferred

  • UserCentred Process: Our process begins with assessing the opportunity to ensure strategic clinical and operational alignment followed by discovery and definition phases that engage stakeholders to identify key challenges and feasible solutions. We then cocreate build and validate through prototyping pilot testing and frontline feedback before preparing for deployment with training and change management strategies. Finally we implement monitor and continuously refine the solution to ensure sustained impact and adaptability within the hospital environment.
