Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze cost estimates tender documents and project budgets.

Manage cost control during project execution including valuations and variations.

Prepare payment certificates and handle client billing processes.

Maintain and update a database of material and labor rates for accurate cost assessments.

Review labor allocation task worker rates and onsite cost reports.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with project

objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is highly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation valuations and project cost control.

Registration with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB) in Tanzania is

preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools for cost management and reporting.
