Senior AI & Data Quality Engineer Remote
This is an open role within the insurance industry focusing on the secure and responsible delivery of AIenabled applications. The position supports the acceleration of AI/Gen AI initiatives by enabling a scalable and autonomous production pathway in collaboration with multiple enterprise teams. A key aspect of this role involves researching industry trends in DevOps Quality Engineering and AI to drive innovation and optimize testing strategies.

Incorporated Business Rate: $90 to $96 per hour.
10month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
Build test train validate and deploy GenAI initiatives from preproduction to production environments.
Develop userfriendly documentation to support Gen AI initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Gen AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and demonstrate GenAI capabilities to stakeholders.
Assess and optimize QE Analytics frameworks to address gaps in Generative application validation.
Support proofofconcept (PoC) initiatives for new technologies and tools to enhance Quality Engineering and continuous testing practices for AI/Gen AI applications.
Work with multiple technology teams including Quality Engineering Gen AI CoE Data & Analytics Enterprise DevOps Performance Engineering and Problem Management to drive outcomes.
What you will need to succeed:
5 years of experience in Data Engineering AWS Cloud and AI/Gen AI technologies.
Strong programming knowledge in SQL Java and Python.
Expertise in AWS technologies including Glue RedShift Lambda EC2 Sagemaker Titan and Bedrock.
Strong knowledge of database technologies.
Experience in Gen AI application development within the insurance industry or a similar environment.
Understanding of emerging Gen AI engineering practices.
Background in QE Testing DevOps or Business Intelligence/Analytics is an asset.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
Confidence in presenting findings and recommendations to various audiences.
Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability Clearance (ERC) required.
