As an Executive/Senior Executive Business Development you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing sales operations within a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
Attend appointments and meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and drive revenue growth.
Achieve daily monthly and annual sales targets and manage sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and stay uptodate on market trends and competitor activity.
Skills and Work Experience Required
Familiarity with the location geographically and culturally
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Fluency in regional language
Strong business acumen and sales skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Proficiency in developing and maintaining effective working relationships
Basic knowledge of computers and sales software
Good interpersonal skills ability to maintain confidentiality listening ability and emotional control.
Full Time
