Job Description
Customer Relationship Executive
Location:
Vashi Navi Mumbai
Salary:
- Fresher: 12.5k CTC
- Experienced: up to 18k CTC
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
- Present and explain products/services to prospects.
- Accurately gather and document customer information.
- Communicate with customers to facilitate sales closure.
- Meet daily weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates both freshers and experienced are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in verbal communication in English Hindi or Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is advantageous.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
- Willing to work in a 7am to 8.30pm shift window (Any 9 hrs shift)
