Job Description
This position is onsite at the Tulsa OK Bus assembly plant.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage PFEP through preproduction builds
- Understand part readiness and escalate issues
- Develop and document a tracking execution plan based on the Build Readiness timeline.
- Track and escalate part availability issues to the Build Coordinator during Build prep.
- Publish a clear and concise Daily PFEP scorecard with details of where assistance is needed.
- Assure resources me and space to store and kit parts.
- Assure material is ready and in place based on unit Build timing
- Manage Program Materials Group
- Identify and escalate part availability issues to the Build Coordinator during Build execution.
- Direct Supply Chain Engineer and Material Planner
- Align findings and lessons learned with Build Coordinator
- Problem solves part availability issues with Material Planner
- Update documentation and standard work based on build findings.
Qualifications :
- 35 years experience of Job Description items in vehicle assembly plant.
