Job Description
As an employee in the Sales Support you have the opportunity to participate in international projects and thus realize unique lighting design spectacles

Tasks
You will support the sales team and ensure that everything is clarified and ready for the start of the project:
- Ensure all project participants are wellinformed and supported serving as the key contact for both customers and your team.
- Respond to customer inquiries within agreed timeframes aligning solutions with budget guidelines and technical capabilities while coordinating with experts as needed.
- Draft commercial documents in line with customer requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee the entire process from order placement to delivery ensuring efficient and accurate execution.
- Manage inquiries on maintenance repairs and spare parts and handle complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements
- You have 25 years of professional experience in the field of customer service.
- You are fluent in Italian and have strong communication capabilities.
- NicetoHave: Experience within the lighting design industrie.
- NicetoHave: Education in a technical area.
- NicetoHave: Fluent German and/or English language skills for the international exchange.
