General Responsibilities by Role:
Dentists: Perform patient examinations diagnose oral health conditions create treatment plans perform restorative and preventative dental procedures and ensure the highest level of patient care.
Managers: Oversee daily clinic operations manage scheduling and staff handle patient inquiries and complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Hygienists: Provide preventative oral care clean teeth examine patients for oral diseases educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health and assist dentists during procedures.
Assistants: Prepare patients for procedures assist dentists chairside sterilize instruments maintain patient records and ensure the operatory is clean and organized.
