Were seeking a Remote Based Personal Development Coach to join our growing team and help clients transform their lives.
About the Role:
As part of our team youll work oneonone with clients to guide them through personal growth goalsetting and overcoming obstacles. Your coaching will support them in unlocking their true potential building confidence and achieving their dreams—whether its in their career relationships or overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and coaching sessions via video calls phone or chat to help clients with goalsetting mindset shifts and personal development strategies.
- Create personalized action plans that align with each clients unique goals and challenges.
- Provide ongoing support and accountability to ensure clients stay on track toward their objectives.
- Encourage clients through selfdiscovery personal growth and tackling any roadblocks along the way.
- Track client progress and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal development coach life coach or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to create tailored coaching plans that meet clients specific needs.
- A compassionate resultsoriented approach to coaching.
- Comfortable working remotely with flexibility in scheduling.
- Coaching certification or related qualification is a plus (but not required).
