Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Assist in Sales Activities by supporting the sales team in daily activities such as lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting new clients.
Customer Interaction by assisting to Help build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
Assist in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients.
Keep track of sales leads and opportunities Learn about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Support Sales Meetings by attending sales meetings and help with organizing and preparing materials for meetings.
Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data to help track performance and targets.
Learn Sales Techniques by Receive training in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
Assist in market Research by Conducting research to understand the market, competitors, and customer needs.
. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identifying Potential Clients: Research and identify potential customers or businesses that would benefit from the company’s products or services. This could involve cold calling, emailing, attending networking events, and using social media platforms.
Building a Sales Pipeline: Generate and maintain a steady pipeline of leads and prospects to ensure consistent sales opportunities.
Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs of potential clients and determine whether they align with the company's offerings, ensuring that only the most promising leads are pursued.
Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demos to potential clients, highlighting key features and explaining how the product or service meets their needs.
Tailoring Solutions: Customize the sales pitch to align with the specific needs and pain points of the customer, showcasing how the product or service can solve their problems.
Negotiating and Closing Sales:
Negotiation: Engage in discussions with potential clients to reach an agreement on pricing, terms, and contract details. This may involve negotiating discounts, payment terms, and other conditions.
Closing Deals: Work to close sales by securing signed contracts, agreements, or purchase orders. This may involve addressing client concerns, overcoming objections, and providing persuasive solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas established by the company. This often involves setting goals for new client acquisition and revenue generation.


Desired candidate profile


Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Client Relationship Management:
Building Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they remain satisfied with the products or services provided.
Customer Support: Assist customers with post-sale support, including troubleshooting issues, addressing complaints, and facilitating product upgrades or renewals.
Client Retention: Focus on retaining long-term clients by ensuring they receive continuous value and exceptional service, leading to repeat business.
Sales Reporting and Administrative Duties:
Reporting Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Regularly report on sales performance, forecasting, and progress toward targets.
CRM System Management: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and deal statuses.
Documentation: Prepare contracts, proposals, and other necessary paperwork related to the sales process.
