Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in Credit Services business in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales deep knowledge of the credit risk management ecosystem and the ability to build strong relationships with clients in financial institutions insurances fintech companies and other industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed the revenue targets assigned focusing on highmargin products such as Credit Reports KYC AML and UBO verification.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting private banks financial institutions and corporates in key industries.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends regulatory changes and competitors to position our services effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Finance Product Marketing etc.) to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance pipeline development and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in credit services financial services or risk management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of credit bureau products compliance requirements and the regulatory environment (experience with KYC AML or UBO products is a plus) in Hong Kong.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing with consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
