Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Teach the subject of English to primary school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures tutoring techniques designing and correcting assessments and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the schools curriculum
- Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
- Teaching certificate
- Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
- Excellent communications skills
Additional Information :
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary of 25000 to 35000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
- Monthly housing allowance is 5000 RMB or free accomodation
- Paid summer and winter holiday
- Public holiday
- 5000 RMB flight reimbursement each semester
- High end health insurance
- Teachers day and new year bonus of 5000 each ( 3500 each for the first year)
- Contract renewal bonus of one month salary
