Job Description
Position: Radiation Therapist Oncology
Start Date: 3/10/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Maumee OH 43537
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days8:00 AM 4:30 PM 8
Shift Notes: 8 am4:30 pm

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 35mile radius restriction)
Further Specifics:
- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments.
- Perform treatment simulations fabricate all necessary shielding blocks and maintain accurate EMR.
- Prepares equipment for patient treatments performs quality control and assurance tests ensures proper infection control techniques and adheres to optimal radiation safety and protection practices.
All activities reflect the philosophy goals objectives and nationally accepted standards of practice provisions of quality patient care environmental safety and interdisciplinary cooperation. Maintains professional working relationships with medical staff.
Submission Requirements- 2 years of experience Required
