Job Description :
1. Website Management & Shopify Store Optimization
- Oversee and maintain all website assets (banners product listings landing pages and promotions).
- Manage and enhance the Shopify stores performance UI/UX and functionality.
- Collaborate with design content and development teams to deliver an engaging customer experience.
- Optimize site structure checkout flows and conversion rates to drive sales and customer retention.
- Execute endtoend digital campaigns ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Ensure timely updates of product listings descriptions images and pricing.
- Coordinate with developers for customizations integrations and thirdparty apps.
2. Digital Growth & eCommerce Strategy
- Identify and implement new digital growth opportunities across online platforms.
- Develop datadriven strategies to improve customer acquisition retention andrevenue.
- Optimize all digital touchpoints for better customer experiences and increased conversions.
- Explore and establish new digital sales channels and partnerships to enhance business growth.
3. Performance Marketing & Social Media Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison for performance marketing agencies (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc.).
- Monitor analyze and optimize paid campaigns for maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
- Work closely with the social media agency to align content and promotions with eCommerce goals.
4. Marketplace & CRM Management
- Collaborate with the Marketplace team (Amazon Flipkart Myntra etc.) to maintain brand consistency.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of inventory pricing and promotions across marketplaces.
- Use Zoho CRM (or equivalent) to track customer interactions monitor pipelines and measure marketing effectiveness.
5. Analytics & Customer Insights
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics Mixpanel and Shopify Analytics to monitor user behavior.
- Analyze and report key eCommerce metrics (Conversion Rate Bounce Rate AOV LTV etc.).
- Use data insights to drive customer retention and increase customer lifetime value.
6. SEO & Content Strategy
- Optimize website content product descriptions and landing pages using SEO best practices.
- Leverage SEO tools (SEMRush Ahrefs Google Search Console) to track and improve organic search rankings.
- Implement technical SEO onpage optimization and linkbuilding strategies.
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
- Monitor data across Shopify Google Analytics ad platforms and CRM to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Continuously analyze refine and optimize digital commerce strategies for improved outcomes.
