Job Description :

1. Driving Sales

Responsible for topline revenue goals within the established investment budget and achieve P&L goals
Daily and monthly sales planning and delivery
Responsible for developing implementing managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion AOV Upsell Cross sell and other KPIs
Plan and execute campaigns and manage website content to align with monthly promotions seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategies.
Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and revenue including partnerships influencer marketing and referral programs.
