Job Title: Senior React and MS SQL Server Developer
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React and MS SQL Server Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of JavaScript React.js and MS SQL Server. You will be responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features among other duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing new userfacing features using React.js
2. Building reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
3. Translating designs and wireframes into highquality code
4. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers
5. Designing and implementing databases in MS SQL Server
6. Developing implementing and optimizing stored procedures and functions using TSQL
7. Analyzing existing SQL queries for performance improvements
8. Developing procedures and scripts for data migration
9. Participate in requirements analysis and work collaboratively with team members.
Requirements:
1. 6 to 10 years of experience in web development with specific experience in React.js and MS SQL Server
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
4. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
6. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token
7. Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools
8. Experience with MS SQL Server and knowledge of its querying language
9. Strong knowledge of TSQL including creating stored procedures userdefined functions and triggers.
10. Understanding of data architecture and schema design in MS SQL server
11. Excellent problem solving and communication skills
12. Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or related field.
The Senior React and MS SQL Server Developer will report directly to the IT Manager and assist with all functions of software coding and design. This is a fulltime position.
