Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design develop and collaborate with graphic designers to implement visually appealing UI/UX designs.
- Develop serverside logic using programming languages such as Python.
- Build APIs to enable communication between the front end and back end.
- Deploy updates and fixes and provide technical support for the department app.
- Develop software to integrate with internal backend systems.
- Test and debug code to ensure functionality and performance.
- Support department activities.
- Work to meet schedules.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Current student pursuing a Bachelors in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field is typically preferred. However equivalent experience or certifications may also be accepted.
- Good knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL Cloud computing/Container CI/CD Frontend and Backend structure.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Jerkin Kubernetes) is a plus.
The internship period must be least 3 months Cooperative program intern is preferred.
SKILLS:
- Python Git
- Frontend: React.js Angular.js or Vue.js.
- RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
