Azienda di consulenza e assistenza telefonica ricerca per la sede centrale una figura di impiegato/a centralino.
Le risorse previa formazione aziendale si occuperanno attraverso utilizzo di sistemi informatici di:
- fornire assistenza legata ai contratti telefonici o malfunzionamenti di linea
- assistere il cliente durante lacquisto
- gestione dei reclami.
Requisiti:
- abilit comunicative
- capacit di utilizzo base dei sistemi informatici
- disponibilit full time.
Offerta e benefit:
- contratto a tempo determinato tempo pieno
- buoni pasto.
