Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Psychology teacher to take on a leadership role in a secondary school in Coventry. This position involves teaching GCSE and ALevel Psychology while also contributing to the development of the subject through a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) role.

The Role:

  • Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5 delivering an engaging and researchled curriculum.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities supporting curriculum development and mentoring colleagues.
  • Use realworld examples to help students understand key psychological theories and research methods.
  • Inspire and challenge students to think critically and apply psychological concepts.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS with a strong academic background in Psychology.
  • Experience teaching GCSE and ALevel Psychology with a proven track record of success.
  • Passionate about curriculum development and supporting departmental growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills eager to mentor and collaborate with colleagues.
