About the Science Department:
The Science Department at the school is made up of a talented and supportive team of Science Teachers. As a Science Teacher you will be joining a department that consistently achieves excellent results and the school is looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to the continued success of the Science Teacher team. The Science Teacher team places a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Teach Science across KS3/4 with the option to teach KS5
Develop curriculum plans for Science education
Assess students work and provide constructive feedback in Science
Take on form tutor duties and provide pastoral support
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Science
PGCE or QTS
Experience teaching Science at KS3/4
ECTs are welcome to apply
