Start Date: April 2024
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

Your Role:
Plan and deliver engaging differentiated Maths lessons tailored to students with a range of learning needs.
Use creative and adaptive teaching methods to make Maths accessible and enjoyable.
Foster a positive structured classroom environment that encourages student confidence and independence.
Work closely with SENCOs support staff and external professionals to create effective learning strategies.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to track student progress.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Who Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Maths ideally within an SEN or inclusive setting.
A patient creative and flexible teaching approach.
Strong understanding of differentiation strategies and SEN best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
