Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our dynamic team in Dudley. If you have a passion for psychology and enjoy inspiring students to think critically about human behaviour and realworld psychological applications we would love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and thoughtprovoking psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes critical thinking and the application of psychological concepts to realworld situations.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and independent thought.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching psychology at secondary school level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological theory and its practical application.
